Excellent Hotel Experience
wide variety fresh item friendly staff
The location is very nice and made exploring very easy. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and fresh items. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.. They quickly assisted with all requests.

the helpful staff was acceptable.
the family room was very dark. i needed a flashlight to see the receptacles. the towels were threadbare with holes.

really good city stay
generous room excellent toiletries minimal noise unique fragrance
the room size was generous and included air conditioning i occupied a superior double room on the ground floor. the shower featured excellent toiletries. despite its location on a bustling pedestrian street, noise was minimal at night. i found the hotel's unique fragrance quite pleasant. breakfast was good and presented a mixture of various foods.
i found the coffee to be somewhat strong and not quite hot enough for my taste, even when prepared as a latte. this is a slight personal preference and did not significantly detract from the overall quality.

breakfast offered a comprehensive choice of dishes and catered to various tastes, this included several hot options ensuring a satisfying start to the day. it was served in an ordinary setting with an average buffet.

the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness, particularly in providing tour guidance. they readily offered superb restaurant recommendations, this enhanced my exploration of the surrounding area. they were always available to give good tips.

the hotel is ideally situated, its central location facilitates convenient access to numerous shops and restaurants. the airport is easily accessible via bolt taxi app for approximately €11-12. it is a short walk to the river.

limited closet full-size mirror
I stayed for three nights. Sadly, the closet space in the Superior Double Room Plus was rather limited. I found only five hangers available. This made organizing clothing a bit difficult. The absence of a full-length mirror in the room was also a noticeable inconvenience for dressing and grooming. I think these issues could be easily addressed and would greatly improve the guest experience. A full-size mirror, limited closet

small rooms nonexistent storage
The rooms were rather small. storage space was almost nonexistent. the absence of a full-length mirror was definitely an oversight. It is something i expect in a hotel of this supposed calibre.

amazing hotel! totally recommend!
excellent location friendly staff super clean room amazing breakfast
i loved the excellent location! it's perfect for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. our room was super clean and beautifully designed, i had a superior double room. the breakfast options were amazing too!
the only minor issue was the limited drawer space in the room, it was quite small. i had to get creative with organizing my clothes.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruit and delicious pastries, i was amazed. i noticed that hot options were available as well. coffee and tea were promptly served (especially the fresh juices). the dining area was kept very clean and well-stocked.
