the room size was generous and included air conditioning i occupied a superior double room on the ground floor. the shower featured excellent toiletries. despite its location on a bustling pedestrian street, noise was minimal at night. i found the hotel's unique fragrance quite pleasant. breakfast was good and presented a mixture of various foods.

i found the coffee to be somewhat strong and not quite hot enough for my taste, even when prepared as a latte. this is a slight personal preference and did not significantly detract from the overall quality.

the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness, particularly in providing tour guidance. they readily offered superb restaurant recommendations, this enhanced my exploration of the surrounding area. they were always available to give good tips.

I stayed for three nights. Sadly, the closet space in the Superior Double Room Plus was rather limited. I found only five hangers available. This made organizing clothing a bit difficult. The absence of a full-length mirror in the room was also a noticeable inconvenience for dressing and grooming. I think these issues could be easily addressed and would greatly improve the guest experience. A full-size mirror, limited closet

i loved the excellent location! it's perfect for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. our room was super clean and beautifully designed, i had a superior double room. the breakfast options were amazing too!

the only minor issue was the limited drawer space in the room, it was quite small. i had to get creative with organizing my clothes.
